Amazon.com Product Description
Emerson's compact, easily placed and easily moveable EWC1303 TV/VCR combination offers a 13-inch color screen and a host of recording and playback features that lend itself to convenient daily recordings and various kinds of playback, including auto repeat (great for trade shows or in-store instructional loops).

A front-panel audio/video input easily accommodates a camcorder, digital camera, or gaming console, and with its minijack .125-inch monaural headphone output, you can listen quietly or in private. Want to hook up your game console in a hurry? Just press the "game mode" button and the set will automatically ready itself for viewing via the front-panel inputs.

The 2-head VCR offers 8-event, 1-year programming, one-touch programming, auto head cleaning, digital auto tracking, and auto clock set via a local PBS station. It records in 2 speeds (EP, SP) and plays tapes recorded in the standard 3 (EP, LP, and SP). It even has a special rental-play mode for improving the image quality from old or worn tapes.

A daily timer will record daily broadcasts, and the weekly timer allows recordings to be made once a week up to the end of the tape. With auto return the TV/VCR can return to the beginning of the timed recording after it's done, making it easy for you to turn on the set and start watching your program. A wake up/sleep timer allows the TV/VCR to automatically turn on or off at a desired time, while timer program extension lets you to shift the time schedule for automatic timer recording.

What's in the Box
TV/VCR, a remote control, remote batteries, a rod antenna, and a user's manual with warranty information.

13" TV/VCR Combo5
Do not turn away from this nice Combo because it is only a 13" screen. There are many situations where it is just perfect. The TV is a great size for the kitchen or in a home work station next to the computer. The picture is clear and sharp with beautiful colors. The smaller screen size makes the picture sharper. The built-in VCR is so very handy to save a TV program that you do not have time to watch until later. This Combo is manufactured by Funai Corp and available for under $100. They produce the 13" TV/VCR Combo with three brand names on them. However, they are all made by Funai and are virtually identical. So it is OK to shop for the lowest price. The three brand names are Symphonic, Emerson and Sylvania. My unit is with brand name Symphonic Model # WF0213C.

Eats tapes days after receiving1
Ths things has ate more tapes than the last I bought. Now it only plays the grey fuss when a tape is in, but you can hear the sound

Horrible antenna3
The antenna is not the traditional "rabbit ears" design, rather it is one spindly thing like a car or radio antenna. I have not been able to get normal channels like ABC to come in on the TV at all. Sometimes I can hear them, but the picture is terrible. If you plan to hook this TV to a cable box, it is serviceable, but on its own I would NOT recommend it. The VCR plays fine, but I am returning this item ASAP.
