WONDERFUL TV---DEFINITELY GOT MORE THAN I BARGAINED FOR
THE TV IS GREAT----PICTUE IS NICE AND CLEAR---THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS THAT COBY MAKES AN EXCLUSIVE REMOTE FOR THE TV SO THAT THE SET CANT BE COMPLETELY CONTROLLED WITH THE CABLE TV COMPANY REMOTE THAT OPERATES CONVERTER BOX---YOU NEED BOTH REMOTES TO TURN THE SET ON TO CABLE, CHANGE CHANNELS WITH THE CABLE COMPANY REMOTE, BUT VOLUME IS CONTROLLED BY THE COBY EXCLUSIVE REMOTE CONTROL

Coby Disappointment
Ordered the TV-DVD player for my Grandson to play his leapfrog computer, games and dvd's on. The first one displayed a large pink purple splash across the screen that could not be removed. Amazon quickly enough sent another but this one would not even turn on. Having 2 bad tv's in a row caused Amazon's return and refund system to breakdown and now more than a month later I still await resolution. Needless to say I am wary of Coby and disappointed in Amazon.

Good News/ Bad News and More Bad News!
Bought this set because it is a heavy CRT and has a DVD for our two active grandchildren. That's the good news. Now the bad news. Set arrives in timely manner but DVD willnot play in color. Sent back and literally the same day second set arrives. Now the more bad news.The second set has pink/purple splotches thoughout the picture on all three modes.and the picture is not clear and we have Comcast My advice: stay away from this set. With few CRT TVs left I guess we will have to find a used one on Craigs List or eBay.
